Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Refund Policy
At our dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in service, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, you are entitled to cancel or modify your scheduled service within 24 hours notice for a full refund.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, we will offer a 50% refund due to the short notice. This policy allows us to provide timely service to all our clients.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision via a clear statement.

We will process your refund no later than 7 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

For your service to be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:
The service is cancelled or modified at least 24 hours in advance.
The service is not marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
Services that cannot be refunded include:
Same-day bookings that have already commenced.
Services that require specific preparation or resources that have already been initiated.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for services that do not meet the above conditions.

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine whether a refund or adjustment is appropriate.
